About Me

I often described myself as right and left brained, seeing value in both the beauty and the logic. My love of beauty led my journey to begin in graphic design, where I was taught to think deeply about people – their behaviors, motivations, expectations, and lived experiences. Through critiques, client work, and iterative prototyping, I strengthened my ability to approach to problems with empathy, creativity, and a systems-level perspective. What I did not yet realize was that I was also developing the mindset that would later draw me to software engineering: structured problem-solving, iterative experimentation, and a drive to turn abstract ideas into functional realities.

I have since had the opportunity to put these skills to practical use in a consultancy environment and have been able to fine tune these skills to best serve my products, clients, and users. I thrive in situations that need innovative solutions to solve complex problems and bringing a clients ideas to life.
